Your Website Care Plan
What to expect next:
- Fill in your billing and payment info on this page.
- Upon successful payment you'll be taken to a secure form to fill out your basic site information (such as access info) and the initial tasks for us to work on.
- We'll review the info and personally respond to you within 1-2 business days (usually within a few hours) of this purchase.
- We'll send you information on your task along with how to request support tasks going forward along with setting up an intro call and going through on-boarding.
A quick reminder of what's includes in the Website Care Plan:
- Select hours of active support per month up to your selected plan's level
- Website maintence
- Fixes for on-site bugs and issues
- Daily backups
- General nerdy support
- Custom coding where possible
Small legal stuffs to remember:
- Only one website is covered in this plan and only the website itself it supported,
- This plan does not include hosting (unless previously agreed upon),
- This plan does not include support after hours,
- After hours (after 5pm CT / CST) support is possible, though it is charged at $150 USD per hour (billed in 15 minute increments),
- It is a year to year agreement so you may cancel at any time though no refunds are given,
- If we cannot process your monthly transaction, support services will stop within 2 days of the first payment failure. We will retry payment multiple times though.
